STACKING THE SHELVES (64): MARCH 2015 BOOK HAUL EDITION.

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews that showcases newly acquired books or goodies we bought, received or borrowed during the week.

Helleeeeeew guys!

Summer is officially here in our country! It was 34 degrees C yesterday and the other day and it's just the beginning of April! I HATE SUMMER TO THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE OF THE SCORCHING SUN! But as I type this, there's a typhoon about to enter I think the north part of the country. Everyone up there is prepping up and am hoping it wouldn't be as bad as the forecast says.

Anyway, I got 4 amazing books last month and I was thinking of title-ing this Tearjerker Edition. However, I was hesitant because I've only read one!

GIFTED:
- Until the Beginning (After the End #2) by Amy Plum
- Forged (Taken #3) by Erin Bowman

BORROWED:
- Seeker (Seeker #1) by Arwen Elys Dayton

SWAPPED:
- The Last Time We Say Goodbye by Cynthia Hand (EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKK!!!!)
Here is my glowing review: Ty Riggs is love!

Thank you so SOOOO much Amy Plum, HarperCollins International Sales, Algel of Tea-rrific Reads and Kai of Amaterasu Reads!!!!

It’s all Ryden’s fault. If he hadn’t gotten Meg pregnant, she would have never stopped her chemo treatments and would still be alive. Instead, he’s failing fatherhood one dirty diaper at a time. And it’s not like he’s had time to grieve while struggling to care for their infant daughter, start his senior year, and earn the soccer scholarship he needs to go to college.

The one person who makes Ryden feel like his old self is Joni. She’s fun and energetic—and doesn’t know he has a baby. But the more time they spend together, the harder it becomes to keep his two worlds separate. Finding one of Meg’s journals only stirs up old emotions, and Ryden’s convinced Meg left other notebooks for him to find, some message to help his new life make sense. But how is he going to have a future if he can’t let go of the past?
This is freaking Jessica Verdi guys! I loved My Life After Now so hard that I know I'll be on the look out for her books! I have The Summer I Wasn't Me waiting on my Kindle and I will get to it anytime this month! (I know as early as now that I'll love it) So when I stumbled upon a photo of this book on IG, OMG. I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW I MISSED IT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY EITHER. I immediately emailed my contact from Sourcebooks and am crossing my soul that I'd get approved for an ARC. (We had issues with the ARC of The Summer I Wasn't Me so please ARC goddess, be kind to meeeeeee!)
