Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. They have topics set every week and we just have to showcase our answers anyway we want to!
~Ten Books On My Spring TBR~Hi, everyone! How is it going? The last time I joined TTT was back in 2013. IKR? Welcome me back? HAHA Thank you, thank you! I am so thrilled to share my projected Spring TBR today. These are the books I need to read for review and some are personal choices. I would also like to highlight that I finally got the right edit I've always wanted for my photos. Hopefully, I'd be able to make this one again. It's just hard to capture the right amount of light and shit. Anyway, in no random order, here they are:
This is not pictured since my copy is an eARC. I am currently reading it super slow because I don't want it to end just yet and I am savoring everything. I loved Red Rising and Golden Son so much I wouldn't know what to do if I don't have Morning Star.
If you've been following me for a while now, you'd know that I don't read synopsis as much as I can elude it. I have no idea what this book is about but I received it for review last year. Been meaning to give it a go and I just love the cover. So I thought of including it on my Spring TBR.
Received this one last year as well but didn't get the chance to devour it right away. No idea what it is about. All I know is it is fantasy and Rae Carson so what could go wrong?
This book has been recommended to me left and right and friends just won't stop shoving it to my face. They told me it's one of the best contemporaries they've read. Clueless what this one is about and I'll let it surprise me.
Don't tell me what this is about because I've been told that this would rip me apart! I really want my contemporaries striking so I am hopeful that I'd like this one. I usually end up hating hyped books. Also, the movie will hit cinemas this June and OMG WHO WOULD SAY NO TO SAM CLAFLIN
My friend Kai of Amaterasu Reads won this book and she gifted it to meeeeee! This book is one of the retellings I am so looking forward to reading! Please do not disappoint!
I've seen so many raving reviews about this one and it is one of my most anticipated titles! I love my high-fantasies so this one definitely has be the on top! Plus, mythical beasts? Count me in!
Guuuuuys! I loved, loooooved, loooooved The Orphan Queen! I cannot tell you how much I love it! Currently reading it right now and I am 100 pages in! It is sooo good, guys! So so good! Totally different writing style from the NewSoul Trilogy. This one is epic!
Penguin Random House International is hosting a Global Blog Tour for this title. I was so lucky to be a part of this tour and I cannot wait to dive in to this one. The ratings on Goodreads are all positive! The tour will kick off next month!
I was lucky enough to have met Leigh Bardugo last year and she brought these ARCs for us. This one is signed. I didn't read it right away because I haven't read Ruin and Rising yet and I want to finish the initial trilogy first before jumping in to this one. I know I can read it independently but still. I also bought the beautiful finish copy a few months back. So excited to finally start reading!
What do you think of my TBR? Is it ambitious?
I know it is but I am hoping I could stick to it!Happy Tuesday, everyone!

ReplyDeleteYeah, that's the plan so I could savor the movie and know at the same time what originally happened in the book! Thanks for the nomination!
DeleteGreat list! I really want to read Walk on Earth a Stranger this year! It sounds amazing! I've read Me Before You and it quickly became one of my favourite books! DeleteThanks for stopping by my blog! I haven't read any JoJo Moyes but these days I keep seeing her books everywhere on the blogosphere. And it's been good things I've been seeing, so I feel like perhaps I should give Me Before You a try.
ReplyDeleteMaybe because of the movie that is why the book is all around blogosphere lately!

DeleteRebel of the Sands is AMAZING. I hope you enjoy it as well!! What, you haven't read Six of Crows yet?? That should be top of your TBR; it is THAT fantastic. I've heard great things about Tell Me Three Things, and it has waffles on the cover, so what could go wrong?? :)
ReplyDeleteRachel @ A Perfection Called Books
